Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition

The CCIL has a long-standing association with the Canadian round of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

The Jessup competition is the largest moot court competition in the world. It provides law students with a unique opportunity to prepare written and oral arguements on complex issues of international law involving hypothetical cases before the International Court of Justice. The Canadian Division has been hosted by one of the Canadian law schools in the winter every year since 1973.

More information can be found on the website of the White & Case Canadian National Division Qualifying Tournament.

The International Round of the Jessup, the White & Case Jessup Cup, is organized by the International Law Students Association.
