On Friday March 15, 2019 from 11:30 to 12:50 in Room 359 of Fauteux Hall at the University of Ottawa, Assistant Deputy Minister and Legal Adviser of Global Affairs Canada, Alan H. Kessel, will give a presentation entitled “ RESPONDING TO EMERGING CHALLENGES TO THE RULES-BASED INTERNATIONAL ORDER ” as part of the International Law Group Speaker Series for the 2018-19 academic year.
