On Thursday October 3, 2019 from 11:30 to 12:50 in Room 302 of Fauteux Hall at the University of Ottawa, Julia Webster and Jacob Mantle, International Trade & Investment Lawyers at Borden Ladner Gervais, will give a presentation entitled " PLAYING BY THE RULES? SAFEGUARDS AND STEEL WARS : A discussion on Canada’s response to the global trade war including safeguards, amendments to Canadian trade remedies legislation, and what this means for the rules-based trading order " as part of the International Law Group Speaker Series for the 2019-2020 academic year.
