Call for Submissions – Canada-US Law Journal, Volume 50 (2026)

The Canada-United States Law Journal (“CUSLJ”) is currently accepting submissions for CUSLJ Volume 50, scheduled to be published in the summer of 2026. Founded in 1974, we are a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to exploring the complex legal, economic, and political relationship between Canada and the United States. CUSLJ is the only bi-national journal of its kind that brings together editors from the Faculty of Law at Western University in London, Ontario and the School of Law at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
We accept submissions in the form of articles, comments, and notes. Examples of suitable topics include but are not limited to trade and economic policy, environmental collaboration, border security and immigration, legal and regulatory frameworks, and defense and security.

The deadline for submissions is January 23, 2026. Articles must be submitted in .docx format to the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal, Chloe Leguard at cleguard@uwo.ca.
