Peter Trooboff, the past president of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), and Charles-Emmanuel Coté, the current president of the Canadian Council on International Law (CCIL) will continue the conversation started between the two organisations in Washington at the 2025 ASIL Annual Meeting, to address specific questions framing critical issues, current challenges to the international rule of law and Canadian-American relations emanating from the current U.S. Administration and elsewhere in the world. It is a discussion not to be missed.
