The Brazilian Journal of International Law invites submissions for a special issue on The Common Heritage of Mankind in International Law: past, present and future to be published in April 2025 . The issue will be edited by Professors Pierre François Mercure and Harvey Mpoto Bombaka.
The deadline for submission is the 25 January 2025.
